• No walking around in the dark (Sunset to sunrise curfew is enforced for all residents and guests).
• Speed limit – 50 km Max on tar roads and 30 km max on sand roads.
• Animals have right of way at ALL TIMES. While driving, please look out for the little creatures like tortoises, snakes, and lizards, etc.
• No hand-held spotlights allowed at night when viewing animals – it causes the animals to be temporarily blinded.
• Please exercise caution when feeding the animals – they are wild animals and should only be fed the correct food purchased in local stores, and should never be fed by hand – keep your distance, and throw the food out into an open area.
• STRICTLY No pets allowed.
• No loud music or noise – disturbing animals or neighbors is strictly prohibited. Offenders may be fined by local authorities and/ or escorted out of Marloth Park.

  Is Marloth Park a Malaria Area?
  Marloth Park falls within a low-risk Malaria area. While not everyone elects to take preventative medicine, guests are advised to seek preventative advice from their local medical practitioner to make an informed choice, as prophylactics usually need to be taken in advance.

What are your Check-in & Check-out Times?
Check-in is strictly after 2 pm and check-out is strictly by 10 am.

What is your Cancellation Policy?

The following cancellation terms are applicable:

• More Than 3 Weeks Before Check-in: A 50% refund of the deposit will be issued.
• Less Than One Week Before Check-in: The deposit is non-refundable.
• Rescheduling: Bookings may be moved to alternative dates, subject to availability.

Bookings made without a deposit will be cancelled.

Are There Shops & Local Amenities in Marloth Park?

Yes, Marnies Bush Hideout  is situated just 5 minutes from two of the best restaurants in Marloth; Amazing River View and Jabula Lodge, serving breakfast lunch and dinner. There is also a nearby petrol station and adjacent are several shops at the Bush Center or Marlothi Center.

Are there Predators in Marloth Park?

While it’s always wise to be vigilant anywhere in the African Bush, a fence between Kruger Park and Marloth Park generally keeps predators inside The Kruger. Lions, hyenas and leopards are sometimes seen in Marloth Park, however an advisory alert will be issued. Normal wild residents of Marloth Park include:  giraffe, zebra, kudu, warthog, impala, bushbuck, monkey, waterbuck, wildebeest, mongoose and many others.
